Document Curative Services - Provide a lien or document reference number and we will obtain the payoff amount necessary to obtain a release, or file a release if provided lien or document is still showing as open and there is no longer any payment required. Estimated turn time of one-week (holidays may result in extended turn time).
Property Curative Services - Provide a property address and we will find any outstanding liens on the property and provide either the payoff amount, release reference number, or file a release for any liens that no longer require payments and are still showing as open. Estimated turn time of two-weeks (holidays may result in extended turn time).
Retrieval of document(s) may result in additional charges. Standard rates set by the state of Hawaiʻi.
